Number of vehicles arrived at Mactan Shrine, Lapu-Lapu City to avail the Drive Thru Vaccination from 8am - 5pm, September 13, 2021.
Every car can only accommodate a maximum of 4 people including the driver and 2 people in every motorcycle, during the vaccination day.
The program is based on a first come, first serve process in which applicants can avail either first dose or second dose, provided that they already registered to the City Health Department Vaccine Information Management System.
The Drive Thru Vaccination program is open from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
"I-save ang inyong QR code kay kinahanglan kini, apil napod ang inyong valid ID nga nakabutang ang inyong Lapu-Lapu City address," mayor Junard Ahong Chan posted on his Facebook page.
He added that residents can present an electric bill or any documents showing the person's name and address if valid IDs are not available.
To those who will avail the 2nd dose, vaccination card and ID must be presented in the vaccination site.
